Q: I have a LATE ORDER, What should I do? 
A: You need to visit www.kittleorders.com and create a new account online, to order your late order online.  If you already have an account, you can log in and order at any time.

Q: Can I have my Late order posted to my home address?
A: Yes. All late online orders will be delivered to your home address.

Q: What payment types do you accept?
A: We except all the main forms of payment, these include Cash, Cheque, Postal Orders, Visa, Mastercard,
Maestro Dom, Solo.

Q: I have received my order and would like to order extra copies of my child’s photograph,                                                                                      
A: Please visit www.kittleorders.com using your photo ID and password on your proof card.

Q: How long will the photograph take to be delivered?
A: Please allow 28 days for delivery, however it is often much quicker than this.

Q: I have a problem with my ordered prints, what should I do?
A: Please return your prints, the Proof Card & a covering letter to: PO BOX 5693 CHELMSFORD CM3 8JE. We will
reprint them & return your corrected order to you within 14 days. Please ensure you supply us with your address
& daytime contact number.

Q: I have lost or require an additional Proof Card
A: Please email your child’s Name, School and Class with your daytime contact number and home address.
admin@kittlephoto.com We will need to liaise with the school to obtain permission before the order can be processed.

Q: I am missing part of my order?
A: Please contact the school first. In most cases, the school will still have more photographs to hand out. If you are
still missing part of your order, email us with your child’s Name, School, Class and which Pack/Size you are missing. admin@kittlephoto.com

Q: Can I order two different images (proofs) within the same pack?
A: No. All packs are preset on our printers, so the printer automatically prints all the photographs in each pack from
the one image. However you can pick and choose your images and sizes online.  See www.kittleorders.com for full details.

Q: I wish to order other sizes than offered on your literature? 
A: This is not a problem. We pride ourselves in offering complete flexability. Often sizes of photos can be swapped or
exchanged within packs shown. Please contact us with your requirement and we will provide you with the most cost
effective way to order.
