Q: I have a LATE ORDER, What should I do?
A: Post your completed Proof Card with correct payment to: PO BOX 5693 CHELMSFORD ESSEX CM3 8JE. Your order
will be returned to the school within 28 days. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL LATE ORDERS CARRY A £3.50 LATE SURCHARGE.
Q: Can I have my Late order posted to my home address?
A: Yes. Enclose a further £4.50 for Postage and Packing and state your Name & address in a covering letter.
Please note that unless otherwise stated, Late Orders are posted to your School free of charge.
Q: What payment types do you accept?
A: We except all the main forms of payment, these include Cash, Cheque, Postal Orders, Visa, Mastercard,
Maestro Dom, Solo. Please note that all cards carry a £3.00 surcharge
Q: I have received my order and would like to order extra copies of my child’s photograph,
A: Complete & return the Re-Order Form (Found Inside Your Photo Package) to: PO BOX 5693 CHELMSFORD CM3 8JE.
Ensure you quote your Photo Reference number from your original print on the form and enclose the exact monies.
Q: I would like to re-order but have lost the Re-Order Form
A: Send us your name & address by Email admin@kittlephoto.com and we will post you a new form
Q: How long will the photograph take to be delivered?
A: Please allow 28 days for delivery.
Q: I have a problem with my ordered prints, what should I do?
A: Please return your prints, the Proof Card & a covering letter to: PO BOX 5693 CHELMSFORD CM3 8JE. We will
reprint them & return your corrected order to you within 14 days. Please ensure you supply us with your address
& daytime contact number.
Q: I have lost or require an additional Proof Card
A: Please email your child’s Name, School and Class with your daytime contact number and home address.
admin@kittlephoto.com We will need to liaise with the school to obtain permission before the order can be processed.
Q: I am missing part of my order?
A: Please contact the school first. In most cases, the school will still have more photographs to hand out. If you are
still missing part of your order, email us with your child’s Name, School, Class and which Pack/Size you are missing. admin@kittlephoto.com
Q: Can I order two different images (proofs) within the same pack?
A: No. All packs are preset on our printers, so the printer automatically prints all the photographs in each pack from
the one image.
Q: I wish to order other sizes than offered on your literature?
A: This is not a problem. We pride ourselves in offering complete flexability. Often sizes of photos can be swapped or
exchanged within packs shown. Please contact us with your requirement and we will provide you with the most cost
effective way to order.
